How It Works
Email us within 30 days of purchase
Send a refund request to support@lobsterlauncher.com with your license key or the email you used to purchase.
We process your refund
Refunds are processed through Stripe within 5–10 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
Your license is deactivated
After the refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated. You can use the built-in uninstaller to cleanly remove LobsterLauncher and OpenClaw from your computer.
What's Covered
- ✓ Any reason at all — you don't need to explain
- ✓ "It didn't work on my system" — absolutely
- ✓ "I changed my mind" — no problem
- ✓ "It's not what I expected" — fair enough
- ✓ "I found something else" — we get it
What's Not Covered
- ✗ Requests made after 30 days from purchase
- ✗ API costs charged by AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) — those are separate accounts you control
- ✗ Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles (we reserve the right to deny refunds if the pattern suggests abuse)
